What you’ll be doing:

We have an excellent opportunity for a Personal Assistant role within our Ventures team. Ventures is a start-up business with potential to expand. It's a creative, exciting and supportive environment to work in.

  • PA support to the Ventures team– arranging meetings/venues, car parking spaces/desks for the Heads of the Teams
  • Expenses
  • Updating holiday trackers
  • Managing new joiner IT requests
  • Raising purchase orders and administration of invoice payments
  • Ordering PPE
  • Supporting the Business Support Manager and covering for other team EAs in their absence

What you should bring to the role:

  • Must have MS office experience
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Friendly team player with no job too small mentality
  • Quick to learn systems
  • Experience of purchasing & SAP is desirable but not essential
